LIVERPOOL - The Liverpool curling club will kick off it’s 86th season on Oct. 28 with an open house.

The Jill Brothers (Mouzar) rink, 2001 N.S. Junior Curling Champions, will be on hand to celebrate the 15th anniversary of their championship. There will be pictures and memorabilia to commemorate their win as well as a time to talk to the former champs.

Munchies will be served, and the event will feature a cash bar.

The ice should be in so people intending to attend should bring curling shoes throw some stones.

Everyone is welcome at the event, which will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the clubroom of the Liverpool Curling Club.
