The five-day tournament at the Liverpool Curling Club ended with a match between Team Dacey and Team Flemming. Dacey came out strong with an early lead, and finished the game with a 9-4 victory.

Also on Team Dacey were Heather Smith-Dacey, Andrew Gibson, and former Brooklyn resident Jill Mouzar. This is Mouzar’s third Provincial curling title, having won the junior women’s and more recently the women’s championship. She has also represented Canada at the worlds.

Dacey’s team will represent Nova Scotia at the Canadian Mixed Championships in Burlington, Ontario in November.
