Both are 17-years-old and cannot be identified. They pleaded guilty to several property damage and mischief charges. One youth will be sentenced on Oct. 9 and the other Dec. 18.

Eighteen-year-old Robert Slaunwhite and a 15-year-old boy will enter pleas on Sept. 25.

The Liverpool painting spree was carried out during the early morning hours of May 20 when some buildings, signs, the community’s heritage cemetery, and community businesses were defaced.

The Liverpool Curling Club received the most damage but the siding has since been replaced.

The entire back of the building was covered by child-like drawings and text in mostly red paint.

The overall damages were expected at the time to surpass the $10,000 mark.
