Police investigating the death of man in Liverpool

On Friday, Jan. 4 Queens RCMP responded to a call from the local fire department to assist with traffic control on Main Street.

Emergency officials attempted to resuscitate a male who fell from a bicycle. The 52-year-old man did not survive. Further police investigation revealed the deceased man was involved in a dispute shortly before his death. An autopsy was performed by the Medical Examiner’s office.

Police are looking to speak to any witnesses who may have had contact or seen Anthony Bogotaj around this time. If you have any information, contact the Queens RCMP at (902) 354-5721.
