RCMP are urging caution about giving donations to a group of travelling carolers that recently came through Liverpool.
Three Filipino males and one female were in the Liverpool area soliciting monies on behalf of the flood victims of the Philippines.
These people were seen driving in a gold color minivan with Ontario plates.  Police are investigating as to whether this is legitimate or not.

Filipinos have also been soliciting funds in Fort Mcmurray for flood victims this past summer. They were fairly persistent so perhaps they were scammers too.
