Premier Darrell Dexter will be in Liverpool on Dec. 12, for two announcements on Queens County's future.
At 10:30 a.m. he will be at the former Bowater Mersey mill, expanding on the plans for what the facility will be used for now that the province has taken it over. Earlier on Tuesday he announced the site would be turned into a research and development centre for energy and forest products.
An hour later he will be at Pine Grove Park with Region of Queens Mayor Christopher Clarke, to talk about the future of the park now that it is in provincial hands.
