Expect to hear the songs of Christmas drift through the air on Dec. 9. Carolers will be out spreading cheer between the churches of Liverpool that evening, starting at 6 p.m.

Topics :
Trinity Anglican Church , Catholic Church , Salvation Army , Church Street , Liverpool

The event is being organized by the various denominations in the community, and starts off at Trinity Anglican Church on Church Street. The planned route takes them to St. Gregory's Catholic Church, the Salvation Army, Zion United Church and finishing at the Liverpool Baptist Church. The concept is similar to the Cross Walk done in Liverpool around Easter.

At each stop along the way, there will be scripture read and carols sung, before moving on to the next church. Along the way participants are encouraged to sing Christmas carols.

At the final stop, refreshments will be served.
