The Region of Queens Municipality is very grateful of her contribution and hopes Seeley’s support of a preventative initiative helps resonate the importance of physical activity to our overall health.

Mayor John Leefe expressed “deep gratitude to Mrs. Seeley for her generosity and continuing support for initiatives designed to improve well being in the Queens community.”

Queens Place, a multi-use recreation and cultural facility to be constructed in Liverpool is currently in the planning phase of development.

The Region is hoping to raise at least $2-million from the community and through fundraising initiatives.
