RECREATION REPORT "Active For Life"

If you want to become more physically active, have fun and have a chance to win some great prizes, come to the kick off event for "Active For Life" on Monday, Sept. 22 at 7 p.m. at the Trinity Parish Hall in Liverpool. "Active For Life" is a self-motivated exercise program coordinated and sponsored by Reynolds PharmaChoice and the Region of Queens Municipality's Recreation Dept., and will run from Oct. 1 through March 31, 2009. An overview of the new program, the new prize structure and events planned for the program will be reviewed at the kickoff, and you will be able to pick up an "Active For Life" program package as well. Packages will also be available from Sept. 23 through Oct. 1 at the Recreation Dept., Reynolds PharmaChoice in Liverpool, and the North Queens Health Centre in Caledonia.

The program is designed to help you get moving toward a healthier, more active you through tracking your total minutes of daily physical activity ... become "Active For Life"!
